Include only what we need
Tell us your app version, Android version, the task you tried and the error message. Use a fictional example where possible. Do not send private documents, passwords, sign-in links, authentication codes or payment information.
Find an exported copy
Check the folder selected during Save copy. A saved file can be opened in a compatible external viewer. If no viewer is installed, install one appropriate for that file type. Opening a document through DocYouMeant's own picker imports it into its workspace; it is not an external viewing action.
Account and purchase help
Use the same DocYouMeant account and Google Play account used for the purchase. Restore purchase checks existing ownership; it is not a new purchase. The lifetime local toolkit does not include future cloud processing.
